Abstract
In our report on more than 30 pages we have considered our theme the law point of view of the European and German right. Then we have described a concept Е-commerce and volumes of transactions in the Internet, in particular in section B2B .We have also described the digital signatures as a technical method of the realisation of the common principles of the conclusion of contracts and another economic activities in the Internet. Finally we have all the reasons , which affecting a serious influence on the developing of an amount of deals in the Internet analysed.
