This publication is about the commons discussion regarding the Internet/Freie WLAN-Netze. After that there is a part about historical evolution and the technical background of WLANs.
Abstract
The discussion about Freie WLAN-Netze is strongly connected to the discussion about commons and Anti-Commons, in this presentation this discussion is represented in the first part. After that the historical evolution of the WLANs will be presented, followed by the problems in todays law. The last par is about the technical Background, on how such W-LANs work.
