Problems, risks, chances, possibilities, characteristics at the time of the conclusion of contracts in the Internet
Abstract
Internet wins increasingly in meaning within nearly all ranges of human communication. The conclusion of contracts in particular sales contracts plays here an important role. As whenever risks face the chances however also here. Authenticity of the contracting party and different juridical systems with international contracting parties are only two of it. The solutions are various, however still stand at the beginning of their development.
